By accessing or using Blogflair, you agree to these Terms.

Using Blogflair

You agree to:

• use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
• not misuse the service (for example, attempting to disrupt or access systems you are not authorized to use),
• provide accurate account information.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content generation and responsibility

Blogflair can generate content using third-party AI models. You are responsible for:

• reviewing generated content before publishing,
• ensuring the content is accurate and appropriate for your use case,
• ensuring you have the rights to publish content and any materials you provide.

Third-party services

Blogflair depends on third-party providers to operate. By using Blogflair, you also agree to any applicable terms/policies of those providers:

AI models

We use Google Gemini models via OpenRouter. Their terms and policies apply to AI model usage and outputs:

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. That said, if you are upgrading for the first time and something isn’t working as expected, please contact us. We’ll review your request, listen to your feedback, and make a decision that’s fair to both parties (the customer and Blogflair).

Our privacy practices are described in /docs/privacy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to provide notice.
