Notion integration

Connect Notion to send drafts or published content into a Notion database.

Required credentials

  • Notion integration token (internal integration)
  • Target Notion database/page access granted to that integration

Setup steps

  1. Create a Notion integration in Notion settings.
  2. Copy the integration token.
  3. Open the target database/page in Notion.
  4. Click Share and invite the integration.
  5. In Blogflair, open Notion integration settings.
  6. Paste token (and database target if requested).
  7. Test connection.

Include properties for:

  • Title
  • Content/body
  • Status
  • Tags/category
  • Published date

This gives cleaner mapping from Blogflair fields.

Common issues

“Object not found” / access denied

  • Integration is not shared to the target database/page.

Invalid token

  • Re-copy token and verify workspace/integration scope.

Missing required properties

  • Add expected fields to your Notion database schema.

Security tips

  • Use separate integrations for different workspaces/environments.
  • Rotate tokens periodically.
